Luke recently discovered that sixteen places around the world share the name Longford — the small Irish town where he’s from.
Join him on this performative odyssey as he connects with a person named Luke from each of these places, using the slow alchemy of kombucha fermentation to unearth the ecological narratives embedded in each landscape.
